We do not do actual original concepts/designs for medical devices or equipment. But we do help refine Needs from Wants, help finalize actual designs and files, and provide detailed DFM reviews to help eliminate as many problems as possible BEFORE molds/tooling is constructed. Our thorough DFM’s and Engineering Team help you solve issues before your parts are tooled.

Although we still work in all industries, (Medical, Consumer, Electronics, Aerospace, Military, Building Products, Consumer, Automotive), Our largest sales are in the Custom Medical field. We manufacture almost everything metal or plastic plus compression molding & LIM Silicone. We go from Small (micro-molding) to quite large parts. And we do everything from Prototype to High production. All this requires a number of facilities for each of the many processes. Our main facilities are ISO 9001, and often ISO 13485 certified. And our assemblers are ISO 13485 certified and FDA registered
Most of the Medical Equipment is assembled in a clean facility. The Medical Devices are usually assembled in one of our Class 7 or Class 8 Cleanrooms
In order to control all this manufacturing, and produce quality product on time, we have over 70 engineers and 20 administrators in Pyramids Technology. And Each of the many production facilities we work with have additional Manufacturing, Process and
Quality engineers.

We do Ultrasonic cleaning, Ultrasonic welding, pad printing, vertical injection molding (typically over molding), assembly and packaging in the clean rooms. Control does all types of assembly in a wide variety of medical industries.
Our experience is in Medical and Diagnostic Equipment, Medical Devices, Medical and Hospital Roll stands and Carts, Mounting solutions, as well as components in all of the metal and plastic processes.
