Custom Tube Bending
TUBE BENDING is done using both form – bound and free form procedures. It may be done as a cold bend, or with heat supported bending.
TYPICAL MATERIALS: are cast iron, stainless steel, alloy steel, malleable cast iron, carbon steel, and non-ferrous metal.
TYPICAL PARTS: For all industries, assembly parts, including: metal hardware, furniture parts and precision medical equipment.
The degree of tube bending deformation depends on the material, the relative bending radius and relative thickness. Our Engineers review each part to ensure good finish, and that bending quality and the degree of deformation will be controlled within
the allowable range. Tube bending limit depends not only on the mechanical properties, but also bending methods of the materials.
