Our Custom Wire Forming is used for products like wire baskets and wire display racks. Although this is not normally a tight tolerance process, we do hold the mounting dimensions.

We are capable of forming wire in the diameter of 0.15mm to 5mm, and are
ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 Certified.

We can assemble wire formed products with other components in our 140,000 sq. ft. assembly facility.
Higher production may use automated wire bending equipment and may have robotic welding. Finishing is normally done by dipping the part into a fluidized bed of a polyethylene or vinyl powder. Other coatings including
electroplating, galvanizing, wet coat paints, and even powder coating are available.
